Rencontres, session 2005
The theme of the Rencontres sessions in 2005 is “Sound, from recording to broadcasting”.
The sessions will take place over two days at the Elysée Biarritz in Paris. The first session, on June 9th 2005, will cover the techniques “from recording to mixing”. The following session which will take place on October 6th will deal with techniques “from mixing to broadcasting”.
The session on June 9th will provide an opportunity to discover the sound process through the examination of five examples (feature films shot in 35 mm, HD 24 and HD 25 images per second, a documentary and a TV film). All these examples illustrate a different process.
